  • What we collect. Your name and email when you get a Showpass or join a night’s waitlist. Your mobile number, if you give it to us. We text it only if you’ve agreed to texts. The Society name we give you. Any accessibility needs you choose to share. Your attendance at the show and the pronouns you add to your profile. Notes our staff keep to look after you, such as a dietary need you tell us about. Your photo and a quote, if you agree to be a Marjorie at the door. We publish them in the Hall of Marjories once they’re approved. If you turn on Curtain Live notifications, the address your browser gives us to send them. What you tell us on a group booking inquiry: your name, how to reach you, party size, preferred date and any notes. Details you give us about other people: the name, email or phone of someone you send a pass to or invite to your party, and any note you include. We use them to deliver what you sent and to seat your party. Your answers if you take our after-show survey. Who referred you, if you used a friend’s referral. Your IP address when you buy, sign in, claim or send a pass, which we keep for a short time to stop abuse and then delete. Which link or campaign brought you to us, saved with your purchase.
  • Payments. Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
  • How we use it. To issue and manage your Showpass, seat you, send the emails about your visit, and meet any accessibility needs you’ve told us about. When you get a Showpass, we also add you to Society Announcements, our occasional news about the show. You can leave any time.
  • Text messages. If you agree to texts, we use your number only for your Showpass link, waitlist seat alerts and day-of performance reminders. A number someone else gives us for you is stored but never texted unless you agree yourself. We never share mobile numbers or text-messaging consent with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
  • Who helps us. Supabase (our database), Resend (email), Twilio (text messages), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), Cloudflare (the ‘verify you’re human’ check on some forms) and Google Analytics (site usage). Your browser’s push service (from Apple, Google or Mozilla), which delivers Curtain Live notifications if you turn them on. Each handles your data only to provide its service to us.
  • We don’t sell your information.
  • Your choices. Leave Society Announcements with the link at the bottom of any announcement. Letters about your own Showpass, like your pass and night-of reminders, always come. Reply STOP to any text. Email andy@capandglasses.com to see, correct or delete your information.
  • Changes. We’ll post any update here with its date.
